For those new to the team, a sports physical is to be turned into me or Cyncie Hill before we begin the season at the end of August. You will not be able to play until one is turned in.
For those whose insurance may not cover it, or may have a high deductible, we have found that Physicians Immediate Care and Walgreens in Rockford will give sports physicals from $25-$45 dollars.
Today I just drove by RANI Medical Clinic just north of Riverside and Perryville (one block north on Perryville on west side of street). The sign out front says SPORTS PHYSICALS - $20. This is the cheapest that we have seen yet. One family called, and it seems to be valid.

Always call in advance and get the details on appointment times/pricing. If anyone has seen or knows of other inexpensive places, please let me know.
